How does the time slot system work at the London Eye?
The time slot you select is when you join the queue for the London Eye. If you have a standard entry ticket, please join the standard queue. If your ticket includes fast track entry, please join the fast-track queue.
To ensure smooth operation, please note customers will not be allowed to join the queue until the booked time slot.
Are there any age restrictions or age requirements at the London Eye?
The London Eye welcomes everyone from all age groups. We offer adult tickets for anyone aged 16 or over, child tickets for children between 3 to 15 years old. Children aged 2* or under can visit for free but it is essential to also have a valid ticket.
Is the London Eye suitable for pregnant guests?
The London Eye welcomes guests who are pregnant. There is seating available in the pod, toilet facilities by the ticket office and a rotation lasts 30 minutes.
When should I enter the queue at the London Eye?
You should join the queue for the London Eye at the time slot you selected when you purchased your ticket. You can find this on your ticket and order confirmation email.If you have a standard entry ticket, please join the standard queue. If your ticket includes fast track entry, please join the fast track queue.
To ensure a smooth operation, please kindly note customers will not be allowed to join the queue until the booked time slot.
When is the quietest time to visit the London Eye?
The queue time at the London Eye is subject to seasonality. If you would like to avoid a long boarding queue, we generally advise to book the first or last entry of the day. During peak periods including school holidays and summer months, the boarding queue could be longer. For more information about the queue time, please see our queueing section.
Can I bring a pushchair or buggy on board?
Yes. Customers can bring a pushchair or buggy with them onto one of the pods of the London Eye. It needs to be fully folded / closed before joining the boarding queue, remain closed throughout the experience including at the entrance and exit ramps, until after guests have exited the attraction.There are also left luggage facilities in the ticket hall where you can leave your buggy or pushchair for free showing your London Eye ticket. It will have to be collected by 7pm.
Is there WiFi at the London Eye?
Yes – there is O2 WiFi at the ticket hall of the London Eye.
Are there any toilet facilities at the London Eye?
Toilets are located in the ticket office at the London Eye by the VIP desk. Customers will find male, female toilets downstairs, and accessible toilet, and baby changing facilities at ground level.
Is The London Eye Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes, the London Eye is fully accessible and we welcome guests with all accessible needs. Due to health and safety we are only permitted to allow entry to two wheelchair users per pod and eight on The London Eye at any one time. Don’t worry – you have a full 6 months from purchase to visit all your chosen attractions, so you have all the time you need.
Keetoo Bundles allow you to have all the flexibility you need. Each Bundle is valid for 6 months. Once activated you have a further 6 months to visit all the attractions you have chosen
You will need to be online to get your tickets the first time. Once you downloaded your tickets, they are safely stored on your phone and then you will no longer need to be online to access them. Your tickets will be available up to 7(seven) days before your booking.
There is no need to print tickets with Keetoo – everything is on your phone, so no need to worry about accessing a printer or making sure you’ve filled it with ink! 😀

You will need to be online to get your tickets the first time. Once you downloaded your tickets, they are safely stored on your phone and then you will no longer need to be online to access them. Your tickets will be available up to 7(seven) days before your booking.
There is no need to print tickets with Keetoo – everything is on your phone, so no need to worry about accessing a printer or making sure you’ve filled it with ink! 😀
