Keetoo Bundles are the best way to save if you want to visit the best attractions in London.  Not only do you save money but they’re also super convenient, everything is on your phone, no paper tickets, no cash and no long lines. Everything simply stored on your mobile app.

You can view all participating venues in each of the Bundles on the website. Also, once you have downloaded the app you can also see the attractions that are in each Bundle.

Keetoo Bundles allow you to have all the flexibility you need.  Each Bundle is valid for 12 months from purchase.

Every Keetoo Bundle will allow you to save significantly from buying direct from the venue and the best thing is everything is in one place.

Keetoo is available to download for FREE from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).

USING BUNDLES

Don’t worry – you have a full 12 months from purchase to visit all your chosen attractions, so you have all the time you need.

There are no restrictions as to when you may book your visits as long as it is within 12 months of purchase. All bookigs are subject to availability and opening times at each venue.

You will need to be online to get your tickets the first time. Once you downloaded your tickets, they are safely stored on your phone and then you will no longer need to be online to access them. Your tickets will be available up to 7(seven) days before your booking.

They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Yes. The app is available to download for FREE before purchasing Kredits.

You may take the cruise tour within the validity of your ticket after you first redeem it on the bus.  A 24-hour ticket will be valid for 24 hours starting from when you hop on. For example, if you hop on at 3 p.m., the ticket is valid until 3 p.m the next day.

BOOKING AND VISITING WITH KEETOO BUNDLES

Once you’ve made your purchase on the Keetoo website, download the Keetoo app and login with the email you used when purchasing your Bundle.

When booking:

  1. Tap on the Bundle you purchased, and you’ll find all the attractions ready for you to book
  2. Tap on the attraction you wish to book and then ‘VISIT THIS ATTRACTION’
  3. Choose day and time you’d like to visit,

All your bookings will be found in booking section.

When visiting

  1. Go to Bookings section tap ‘TAP TO GO’
  2. Follow on screen instructions

When booking attractions you have total flexibility to book when you wish. Simply go to the app log in, pick the Bundle you purchased and you can then book each attraction individually when you like.

Yes. Most of the time bookings can be changed as long as it’s within the bookings window detailed for that venue. There are some venues that do not allow cancellations or rescheduling.  Please check each attraction before booking to be clear on this.  To cancel go to BOOKINGS section on the app, pick the attraction you wish to cancel.  If you are within the cancellation period the Kredits will automatically be added back to your account and your booking cancelled.

There is no need to print tickets with Keetoo – everything is on your phone, so no need to worry about accessing a printer or making sure you’ve filled it with ink! 😀

Once you have booked, if for some reason you do need us to email your tickets, that’s not problem please contact us at help@keetoo.com and we’ll get them over to you.

No problem you can access your account from anyone else in your groups phone.  Simply log into the account and you’re good to go!

If you miss your booked time to visit an attraction unfortunately, we are unable to re-book you.

Unfortunately not. You must book the attractions from the Bundle you have purchased which you will see categorised in their respective Bundles in the app.

If you book a different attraction from the list in the app that isn’t in your chosen bundle you will be charged the variance in cost for the new attraction, plus you will also be charged an additional fee per person for the altered itinerary.  See T’s & C’s

BUYING

Yes, you buy a Bundle for each adult and child.

Bundles can be purchased exclusively from the Keetoo website and can be purchased with most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and PayPal.  All payments made on either the Keetooo app or website are 100% safe and secure.

Unfortunately, Keetoo cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

With Keetoo a child is between the ages of 3–15.  At some venues tickets will be required for infants [2 and below] although these are generally free of charge.  So you will not need to purchase Kredits for children under 3.

As Keetoo already offers significant value unfortunately we aren’t able to offer further permanent discounts.  On rare occasions we might offer a short-term discount for certain periods in the year.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

For most venues you can change your bookings easily from the app if you do so within the prescribed time [this will vary for each venue].  There are some venues that do not allow cancellation, and these are also clearly marked. So, check on the individual attraction listing to see the cancellation period.

If you are within the cancellation period simply go to the BOOKINGS section in the app go to the attraction you wish to cancel and tap where is says Cancel booking? Your Kredits will be returned to your Wallet

If you have not visited or booked at any locations, we can refund you the cost of the Bundles up to 30 days from purchase date. To do this simply follow the instructions in the Terms and Conditions.

Once your refund is accepted it will take from 7-10 days to process.  If it has taken longer, please do let us know and we will investigate. Before starting this process, please check whether your current booking can be cancelled. You will find this information in the Terms and Conditions.
