Keetoo Packages are the best way to save if you want to visit the best attractions in London and around the UK. Not only do you save money but they’re also super convenient, tickets sent direct to you, no cash and no long lines.

You can view all participating venues on the website. You can either pick pre-curated Packages or if you want something a little more bespoke use our Creator and choose your own.

When purchasing your package before you pay you will be asked to select the date and time you wish to visit each venue.

Keetoo packages allow you to save every time compared to the gate price of the venue.


Usually, people visit all their chosen attractions over a few days, or a week, but should you wish to space the visits over a longer period you may.

There are no restrictions as to when you may book your visits. All bookings are subject to availability and opening times at each venue.

Your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase so you will need to be online the first time to receive the email. After that you need not be online.

No. You have 7 (seven) days from first boarding the bus to use your cruise ticket. You will receive your cruise ticket when you board the bus for the first time and show your Keetoo ticket.

A 24-hour ticket will be valid for 24 hours starting from when you hop on. For example, if you hop on at 3 p.m., the ticket is valid until 3pm the next day. Remember buses stop around 6.30pm each evening and commence again at around 8.30am


Once you’ve made your purchase on the Keetoo website, your tickets will automatically be sent to your email address.

Yes. When purchasing your package, you will be instructed to choose the dates and times of the venues you wish to visit. This means speedier entrance at the venue.

No changes can be made within 48 hours before booking time. However, for most of the venues (but not all) bookings may be amended before 48rs as long as the venue itself permits this. To amend a booking please contact us at info@keetoo.com with your booking reference and name.

Most attractions will not require you to print tickets. However, there are still a small collection of venues that still do. These venues will be clearly marked so you are aware pre purchase.

If you miss your booked time by a short amount of time the venues will generally do their best to accommodate you if they can. If you miss by a significant amount of time or more than a day, unfortunately, we are unable to re-book you.


Yes, you buy a Package for each adult and child.

Packages are purchased from the keetoo website and can be purchased with most credit cards including visa, mastercard, and american express, payment can also be made via paypal. All payments made on the website are safe and secure.

Yes. We do offer the facility of paying via Paypal Later which allows you to make the total payment in the three interest free instalments. Please see the provider for more specific details.

If there is a Keetoo code and it is valid you may use this in association with the packages when purchasing.

With Keetoo a child is between the ages of 3–15. At some venues tickets will be required for infants [below 3 years] although these are generally free of charge. So, you will not need to purchase packages for children 0-2 years.

As Keetoo already offers significant value unfortunately we can’t offer further permanent discounts. On rare occasions we might offer a short-term discount for certain periods in the year.


Yes. For most of the venues the time bookings can be changed as long as it’s within the bookings window detailed for that venue. There are some venues that do not allow cancellations or rescheduling. Please check each attraction before booking to be clear on this. To amend a booking please contact us at info@keetoo.com

Once tickets have been booked refunds are not permitted. Only in exceptional cases where it is impossible to get to the venue due to government restrictions e.g., lockdown or sudden venue closure, will refunds be considered. If this applies to you please contact us info@keetoo.com

Once your refund is accepted it will take from 7-10 days to process.  If it has taken longer, please do let us know and we will investigate. Before starting this process, please check whether your current booking can be cancelled. You will find this information in the Terms and Conditions.
